Alarming
Experiences
I initiated and led this project which affected the product roadmap to create an optimized experience for users when their location is alarming.
Multi Live View
I led designs for creating a desktop tool to facilitate live agents to monitor users' cameras at ease so that they can act fast when every second counts.
Camera Zones
I created designs to let users create camera monitored zones in order to reduce false alarms and ultimately decrease the company's cost for reimbursing the false alarms.
